EOI is invited from housekeeping agency with a minimum average turnover of Rs. 100.00 Lacs for the last 3 years for the Housekeeping / Sanitation services for inside & outside area in newly constructed Girls Hostel (G+8) along with Old Girls Hostel and Mess, Library MBA Block Building, in the J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad for the period of 36 months subject to the condition to deploy minimum 15 female, 5 Male & 1 Supervisor Female and 1 Supervisor Male housekeeping staff at a time during all working hours:-

Newly constructed Girls Hostel (G+8) including all washrooms complete in all respect = area 7572.72 Sqm Old Girls Hostel = area 5120.00 Sqm Girls Hostel Mess = area 159.00 Sqm Girls Open area = 1920.00 Sqm Library MBA Block Building = area 9596.84 Sqm Total Area = 24368.56 Sqm (including main roads, play grounds, parking all entries complete in all respect).
