Providing outsourcing services for operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 900 KLD at Tech Area by deploying one well experienced qualified operator (skilled tradesman) along with one helper (unskilled tradesman) including sunday and holidays in two shifts of 08 hours each, per day ( Ist shift from 0600 to 1400 hours, IInd shift from 1400 to 2200 hours ) complete inclusive of daily, weekly , monthly and quarterly maintenance of the equipments and scope of work as given below complete all as specified and directed.

Providing outsourcing services for operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 900 KLD at 4 Area by deploying one well experienced qualified operator (skilled tradesman) along with one helper (unskilled tradesman) including sunday and holidays in two shifts of 08 hours each per day ( Ist shift from 0600 to 1400 hours, IInd shift from 1400 to 2200 hours) complete inclusive of daily, weekly , monthly and quarterly maintenance of the equipments and scope of work as given below complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No. 1.00 & 2.00 :- (i) The tenderer shall upload and submit original copy of MOU executed/ made with OEM such as M/s Hydrotech paryavaran India Pvt Ltd or M/s ION Exchange or M/s Fontus Water Limited or M/s Thermax Ltd Pune or M/s Somabansi Enviro Engg Pvt Ltd (SEEPL) or any other E-in-C’s approved firm before the scheduled bid closing date. This will be one of the criteria for qualifying in ‘T’ bid. Contractor/ bidder, who does not upload their MOU with OEM shall be disqualified in the ‘T’ bid evaluation and his Finance bid shall not be opened. (ii) The MOU shall be executed/ made as per specimen MOU given below :-

Specimen of MOU We, M/s [Name of the OEM] do hereby undertake the followings:- We will provide commited technical support in the advert of any requirement of the same and proper operator training will be provided in order to run the plant effectively against subject contract agreement. Note :- (a) The contractor's rates shall be deemed to be included for above aspect. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (b) The operator shall bear proper uniform in light blue colour, protective shoes, hand gloves with required tools in duty time at installation. (A) List of equipements to be maintained :- (i) Bar screen chamber (ii) MBBR reactor (iii) Air blower (iv) Tube settler (v) Filter feed Pump (vi) Filteration system (vii) Feed pump and raw water sewage pump (viii) Inter connecting pipes (ix) chlorine contact tank/ hypo Dosing tank (x) Valves (xi) sludge holding tank with filter press (xii) Electrical system and DB/ panel (xiii) Oil and grease trap (xiv) Raw water collection sump (xv) Installed machinary for treated water supply (xvi) Treated water tank installed with STP (xvii) DG set of capacity 63 KVA (xviii) Mixing of chemical as required.

(B) The rate quoted by the tenderer against item No. 1.00 & 2.00 here-in-before shall also deemed to be included for the following aspects :- (i) Stacking the sludge cakes properly. (ii) The contractor shall be carry out the routine maintenance of plants like oiling, greasing etc under their own arrangements. (iii) The contractor shall provide deficient man power for removal, spreading and levelling of dry sludge and other sewage waste which come out from the STP at disposal area as directed by Engineer-in- Charge and for manual handling or cleaning of sewage waste, if required, to maintain the hygienic condition of near by area adjacent to STP . Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (iv) The contractor shall be responsible for uprooting the grass, shrubs, vegetation except the tree and cleaning and the maintaining the STP area up to the fencing or boundary wall. (v) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/ pipe line. (vi) Supplying/ distributing the treated water regularly as per the directions. (vii) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily.

(viii) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor. (ix) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied/arranged by the contractor. (x) Removing the algae/ sludge in the tube settler and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetations etc failing which recovery of Rs. 200/- per day shall be made. (xi) Mixing of the chemicals as directed. (C) Maintaining the following records/ documents :- (i) Record of chemical consumption (ii) Record of treated water and electricity consumption (log sheet) (iii) Record of DG set daily running (log sheet) (iv) Record of water meter reading (D) (i) The plant shall be run by the skilled operator minimum qualification I T I or matric passed with three year experience. (ii) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hrs per day and no workmen shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hrs per day. (iii) In case the contractor fails to deploy requisite numbers of workmen, the operator / workmen against defficiency shall be deployed at risk and cost of the contractor through SPOT QUOTATION and no payment shall be made to the contractor for the shift involved.

(iv) In addition to above a recovery of Rs. 500 per shift per workman shall be made from contractor's dues as and when becomes due.(v) Duty roster of manpower deployed shall be displayed otherwise recovery of Rs 500/- per installation per day shall be made. (vi) All the provisions of contract labour Act 1970 shall be strictly adhered to. (vii) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions of particular specifications shall be strictly adhered to. (viii) Log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE/Engineer-in-charge. (ix) Chemicals will be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (x) Diesel and engine oil for DG set shall be issued under Sch 'B' as free for Use . (xi) Contractor shall ensure that treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characteristics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/ litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre (iii) COD : < 150 Mg/ litre (iv) ph : 6.5 - 8.5 (v) Total Coliform : < 100 MPN/ 100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Residual CI < 1 mg/ litre

Carrying of samples for testing of treated water of STP, testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE and submission of detailed test report to the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease , Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.

Testing of sewage water as per relevant IS of STP, testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE and submission of detailed test report to the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Notes for Ser item No 7.00 & 8.00 :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required. (ii)Transportation charges for collection of sample.

Material and labour for cleaning of treated water tank of storage, MBBR -02 Nos filter feed tank, chlorine contract tank thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from 900 KLD STP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge, if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride having 10% Chlorine content complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) The contractor shall furnish the original Test Certificate of conformity of the chemicals from the manufacturer indicating MES order / CA No. and other relevant details at the time of acceptance of product by GE. (b) The chemicals shall be tested out for their genuinity within 07 days of receipt of consignment at site from NABL approved lab and report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of supply. The chemicals shall be used only after their confirmation to the standards.

Periodical cleaning of sewage and removing settled down sewage sludge cum mud/ de- silting etc at 900 KLD STP for equalization tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering desludging and cleaning of wet and dry sewage from following sumps (outer and inner) of well up to bottom of sumps by any method (manually or mechanically) by closing of all inlets of sumps and pumping out from near by manholes and opening all inlets after necessary cleaning works of sump well including flushing out the inlet pipes by suction of the pump sets installed there sludge be disposed of out of defence land(AF station complex) complete all as specified & directed. (a) Sewage well No 1 sinking dia 7.29 Mtr and depth 6.70 mtr approx below ground level.

(b) Sewage well No 2 sinking dia 10.75 Mtr and depth 7.30 mtr approx below ground level.

(c) Sewage well No 9 & 10 sinking dia 10.75 Mtr and depth 7.30 mtr approx below ground level.

(d) Sewage well No 4 & 5 sinking dia 6.70 Mtr and depth 7.30 mtr approx below ground level.

(e) Sewage well No 6 & 7 sinking dia 6 Mtr and depth 6.5 mtr approx below ground level.

Cleaning of sludge from sewage incoming tank (Pit) of size 3 M x 3 M x 2 M at oxidation ponds in Tech/ 4 Area monthly and depositing the sludge where directed.

Taking out and lowering after repair non clog submersible pumping set from sewage wells including disconnecting of all electrical connection and dismantaling column pipes, taking out at civil workshop at own expense for repairing/ overhauling of non clog submersible pump set for repacement of defective parts reassembling, connecting and testing capacity 7.5 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New parts replaced against defective parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ as "Supply only".

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor with asbestic insulated copper winding wire of same gauge & quantity including other insulating material etc and testing complete of following capacity :- (a) 7.5 to 15 HP

(b) 20 to 30 HP

Supply only following parts for non clog submersible pumping set 7.5 HP to 15 HP capacity : - (a) Mechanical seal upper Make- Kirloskar or equivalent.

(b) Mechanical seal lower Make- Kirloskar or equivalent.

(c) Lower/ upper bearing Make SKF or equivalent.

(d) Oil bag with seal holder and lubricating oil.

(e) ‘O’ ring set

(f) Non clog impeller

(g) Casing ring

Supply only following parts for 20 to 30 HP capacity non clog submersible pumping set :- (a) Mechanical seal upper Make- Kirloskar or equivalent.

(b) Mechanical seal lower Make- Kirloskar or equivalent.

(c) Rotor shaft

(d) Non clog impeller

(e) ‘O’ ring set

(f) Gland for pump

Supply & fixing in replacement of MS flanged column pipe heavy duty complete with all jointing material of size 100 mm bore (length of pipe shall be as required at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement star delta starter fully automatic suitable for 415 V, 20 HP to 30 HP, 30- 50 Amp relay in sheet steel enclosure Inbuilt ML-2 with wind band coil voltage 380V (247-418V) pick-up voltage 65% to 110% Uc, Drop-off Voltage 20% to 50% Uc and Single Phasing, Overload, Phase Imbalance, Phase reversal protections complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T MU-G30 or equivalent in Seimens/ HPL.

M&L for replacement of existing UNSV sign board with size of 5 feet x 3 feet of PVC fibre sheet board of 5 mm thick heavy duty including writing alphabatic letters computerised with refelctive sheets providing inside LED 20 Watts Tube light fitting - 02 Nos to be made as all directed of size 150 mm font and fixed with stainless steel pipe heavy duty of size 40 to 50 mm bore and to be fixed outside the installations including making all electric connections using 4 sqmm multi stranded aluminium cable as required at site duly burried in ground along with required PCC (type B-1) block of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm and top of the sign board shall be 2.3 mtr and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making installation history details boards of size 3 feet x 5 feet, using coloured background as directed including lamination and bordered with aluminum flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making flow chart diagram using different colours on 5 mm thick PVC fiber sheet of size as directed at site including fixing on installation complete all as specified and directed.
