Distempering (one coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth., as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications in, all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in, Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Painting one or more coats on G.I Sheets with ready-mix paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade, White /grey/green shade as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specification in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

White glazed tiles 6 mm (Six millimet thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25 mm (Twenty Five millimetre) average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete in grey shades as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand), as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.
