Supply of Elevated type High intensity unidirectional Runway Guard Light Fitting with two pair of LED type Yellow alternative flashing lights with flash rate of 45-50 flashes per min, IP 65, An integrated, encapsulated 6.6 A electronic converter/ Flasher unit suitable for operating on constant current series system, five step control, AC 2.8 to 6.6 Amp secondary rating, along with suitable 6.6A/ 6.6 A isolating transformer, frangible support/ breakable coupling, two pin secondary lead plugs, base plate with stainless steel bolts, Rubber gasket and other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex-14/ DGCA- CAR/ FAA specifications.

Laying of following size DWC-HDPE pipe complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in soil ground (up to 80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 50 mm (outer dia. ) DWC- HDPE pipe

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed airfield lighting cable up to 25 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying & Making field connections by crimping. plug & receptacle with single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation HT tape 5 KV Grade etc. complete as required. a)6 sq.mm.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type runway Guard light fitting on transformer housing box including providing & fixing new gaskets, aligning, leveling, Connecting isolating transformer, earthing connections etc. as required.

Installation of following size transformer housing box including excavation in Bitumin/ Concrete/ Soil including disposal of excavated bitumin/ concrete with in a lead of 50 mtrs., with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick , the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including cutting and fixing of 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I pipe at the bottom of the housing box to drain the water from the box to the ground etc. as required. a) 450 mm high, 330 mm outer dia transformer housing box

Installation of following size transformer adopter box including excavation in Bitumin/ Concrete/ Soil including disposal of excavated bitumin/ concrete with in a lead of 50 mtrs., with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick , the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including cutting and fixing of 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I pipe at the bottom of the adopter box to drain the water from the box to the ground etc. as required.. a) 200 mm high, 330 mm outer dia transformer adopter box

Laying of following size 'B' class GI pipe in the existing excavated trench complete including cutting and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box/ adopter Box, Providing Checknut etc.as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (a) 32mm dia

Cutting, Excavation of Size min 50mm width and 100mm Depth with saw cutting machine/ drilling machine, refilling & making original finish/ finishing with cement concrete to match with existing surface complete as required as per direction of E-I-C.
