M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole and painting to pole 9.0m long with application of two coats of synthetic enamelled silver paint of approved colour , marking of strip in alternate black and white paint pattern up to 2.0mtr above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole no , 3cm long using black colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing / servicing the centrifugal pump set up to 25 HP type DSM 80 / 36, by disconnecting the pump from motor, opening for inspection, replacing the worn out parts:- (i) pump shaft 01 No, (ii) replacement only impellers 01 No, (iii) gland bush 01 No, (iv) gland bearings 01 No (v) Non driven end bearing 01 no (vi) gland packing 01 No, (vii) gasket 01 No, (viii) water seal 01 No including repairs to pump shaft by remetaling, grinding, polishing, reassembling the same and replacing the rusted nuts, bolts washers etc, reconnecting with motor and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing / servicing the monoblock pump set of capacity upto 15HP by dismantling the pump and motor, over hauling the pump by replacing the complete worn out parts:- (i) Cast iron impeller 01 -No (ii) bearing 02 Nos, (iii) water seal -01 No, repairing the shaft by remetaling / welding, grinding, polishing etc, repairing / servicing the electric motor by replacing the worn out bearing driven and non driven ends, reassembling the pump and motor including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt motor upto 25HP, 3phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor / winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor. Rates are inclusive of old U/s copper winding and u/s spares.

Surface cleaning / dressing by removing the roots completely from the earth, shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, weeds in soft loose soil at surrounding area of various E/M installations complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide but not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts and getting out in soft/losse soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Deployment plumber with tools and ladder for attending "No Water Supply" / No Electric Supply Complaints at AF-1 & AF-2 Area and clear minor defects/blockaged pipe line at top of the accomodation water storage tanks, wall / under ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor repair items including material like elbow, tee, nipples, union etc as per site requirement.

M & L for repairing of crack in 80 / 100 / 150mm bore DI / CI / GI / MS water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60 mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing, drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting of clamp with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.
