Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed. Using 20% boulder.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete with TMT bars.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direction of engineer- in charge). 35mm Thick Second class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing inpanelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.Particle Board 12mm thick Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS: 3087 marked
