a) In cement mortar

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking :

a) Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :

a) Flush/ Ruled pointing

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Random rubble masonry with available stones in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and Laying Precast Machine Moulded Cement concrete solid Blocks in Block Masonry of specified thickness with Blocks of grade C95) with minimum compresssive strength of 5N/mm2 and block density not less than 1800Kg/Cum conforming to IS:2185 nominal size 400x200x200mm in cement concrte 1:4:8 ( 1cement ; 4Coarse Sand ( Crushed Stone sand ) -: 8 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size ) with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 Coarse Sand ( Crushed Stone sand ) -) including scaffolding,raking out joints and filling the joints with cement mortar ,finishing neatly etc.above plinth level upto all floor Level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1cement : 6 Coarse Sand -CC Solid block masonry : i) Compound walls
