Idamalayar HEP Sweeping, Cleaning and Mopping of Powerhouse, Field Office, Division office,Dormitory, store premises etc and maintaining the garden at Idamalayar Power Station from Ist April 2026 to 31st March 2027

Sweeping with broom, cleaning with wire brush if necessary, wiping oil, removing all waste materials, claring spider webs at places having less height,mopping floors/ rooms daily- Control room, Battery rooms, Communication room, Sercice bay(+ 48.00 M), Generator floor (+44.00M), Turbine Floor(+40.50 M), valve Gallery (+36.00 M), 11 kV panel room, staircases, clearing the waste properly including cost of broom complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

Sweeping ,cleaning and clearing spider webs- Power house courtyard, Field office and its courtyard, Staff rest room, Storage shed and its permises, Road and its side upto bridge, Power house security cabin. Mopping of Field office (office rooms), Staff rest room and security cabin - Daily including cost of broom complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

Daily cleaning of bath rooms and toilets- Inside power house, Field office, Staff rest room, Security cabin complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

Cleaning all drainages around Power House, Field office, Near main store, Behind stop log shed and removal of grass from the Power house court yard, Field office court yard and Road side upto the bridge complete as per the directions of departmental officers - Twice in a month

Sweeping , cleaning and clearing spider webs of Division office and conferance hall including mopping floors, wiping glass panes of doors and windows(weekly), cleaning wash basins, water closets, bath rooms etc. Cleaning of court yard and drainages , watering the plants in the garden at Division office , complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

Clearing the spider webs and cleaning of elevated places- Top of +48.00 m floor, Control room, 11 kV panel room, Battery rooms, communication room all stair case, both sides of hatch cover(grills) complete as per the directions of departmental officers.- once in a week.

Maintaining the garden in powerhouse componud, near field office and near security cabin by engaging gardner for half day. (Rate as per B O (FTD) No. 456/2019(Estt V/4865/2018) TVM dtd 14.06.2019)

Packing non biodegradable waste from bins placed at various locations in the powerhouse & colony for delivering to the Haritha Karma Sena (Panchaayath)-Twice in a Month

Sweeping, Cleaning, clearing the spider webs of the common area of Idamalayar dormitory building including front corridor, kitchen, store area etc , cleaning front windows, grills,cleaning of courtyard and drainage , compound wall , gate and its surroundings, watering the plants etc - once in a week
