Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 100/5 amps CT ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 100/5 Amps, test resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 100/5 Amps on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable indication lamps and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of indication lamps LED type with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium bus bars of any shape and size including necessary connection and commissioning in the existing panel board/feeder pillar box including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement copper bus bars of any shape and size including necessary connection and commissioning in the existing panel board/feeder pillar box including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement conical/ single bus bar system epoxy insulator including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply for mounting of bus bars in LT panels/feeder pillar boxes complete including necessary connection and commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication & fixing of doors of LT panel /AMF panel/HT bus bar panel both front /back side made out of GI sheet 2.0 mm to 3.15 mm thick complete with hinges including welding to panel body and locking system, complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches soft /loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soilscomplete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for XLPE cable with tibba sand (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Panel should be comparising of following:- (a) Bus bars of AL strips of 400 Amp current rating capacity, length as actually required at site for 3 phase and half size for neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator - 01 set (b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 pole 16 KA, 415 V thermal megnatic release type - 01 Nos. for incoming. (c) MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole 10 KA, 415 V thermal megnatic release type - 03 Nos. for outgoing. (c) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 10 KA, 415 V thermal megnatic release type - 02 Nos. for outgoing. (c) Multifunction meter with LCD display accuracy class 0.5 to measure voltage, current, power with suitable size CT (d) LED indicating lamp set of 03 R,Y,B -01 set Note:-Internal wiring for indicating lamp and multifunction meter should be with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH copper wire, all outgoing feeder shall be connected with suitable size of bus baar and marrking of incomer and outgoing feeder with synthetic enamel paint.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m complete all as specified and directed.
