Providing and fixing structural glazing as per enclosed drawings and specifications using special indal sections of size 62.5mmX38mmX1.5mm (0.786kg/m) to form grids of size 750x750mm for providing glass 5mm hick - Saint Gobian glass reflective, grey/brones/green, securely fixing the basic frame work on to the masonry / oncrete/MS structure with adequate and properly designed anchor fasteners, Fischer / Hilti make nuts and bolts etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing structural MS Hollow Section support/ cross members for fixing structural glazing / Louvers/ceiling. Charges including necessary painting work, etc. complete as per technical specification.

Providing and fixing structural SS 304 hollow section support/ cross members for fixing structural glazing /Glass Door. Charges including necessary Polishing,Buffing, etc. complete as per technical specification.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including Dorma make Door handle, lock and stopper etc

Providing and fixing composite type Aluminum powder coated Louvers/ ventilators with Aluminum Architectural sections 4095/96 and 4097/98 for outer frames and 9777/78 for shutters frames as per enclosed drawings, joinery details and materials Specifications.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel suctions consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.3mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25mm made of .3mm thick sheet ,1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size of 24x25mm made of 0.3 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm penal to form grids of size 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including required cuttings/ making openings for services like diffusers, grils, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling with GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable roads with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main “T”. Bottom exposed width of 24mm of all “T” suctions shall be pre-painted with polyester paint. All complete for all heights as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. 12.5mm thick square edge PVC laminated Gypsum tiles of size 595x595 mm made of gypsum plaster board, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS2095 part1 and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.
