Comprehensive maintenance of the following AC units including replacement of compressor electrical, mechanical accessories, internal wiring etc. but excluding main electrical cables and LT panels complete as required. a) 11 TR package/ ductable AC units- 10 Nos.

b) 9.0TR/8.5TR/7.5 TR ductable / package AC units -02 Nos.

c) 5.5 TR /5.0 TR/4.0 TR ductable AC units-06 Nos.

d) 2.0 TR split AC units-17 Nos.

Providing and making suitable arrangement for round the clock switching ON/OFF different type of air - conditioning machines maintaining desired temperature inside the conditioning area as required.

Replacement of new coil (Condenser coil) of following A.C units including dismantling the faulty coil and making proper size copper pipe connection brazing at joints etc. as required. Old coil will be the contractor. a) 7.0 TR to 7.5 TR AC units

b) 11.0 TR A.C units

Replacement and fixing new evaporator coils for following AC unit including dismantling the faulty existing evaporator coil and making proper size copper pipe connections, brazing at joints etc as reqd. a) Evaporator coil for 11.0 TR (Nominal Capacity) AC units.

Less credit for dismantled material and dismantled material shall be the property of contractor.
