Taking down carefully old and unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring for light/fan/socket or power point complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, bell, distribution boards and MCB's etc and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete as specified with 1100 V grade with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, copper conductor multistranded passing through including heavy duty PVC casing caping /Existing concealed /surface conduit with all accessories surface type on wall/roof/floor/with MS box concealed with laminated top cover / surface PVC box with duly earthed with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth wire one light point /bell point /fan point controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but with 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked with 1.5 sq mm cable (incl connecting to earth dolly) suitable for 5 amp socket outlet point on same board all as specified and as directed.

Note : Two runs of cable one run of PVC conduit & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre.

Note: No JCB excavation permitted.

M & L for cleaning, painting/marking of quarter number on their respective energy meter installed at all married accommodations with synthetic enameled paint and with suitable colour as required at site including checking their connection, minor repair if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
