Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre) layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated with all leads and lifts earth as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement is to three sand is to six graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2:3(One cement is to One and half sand is to three graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
a) Foundation,footings bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
b) Walls (any thickness) butt not less then 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
a) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)partitions walls and the like including attached pillasters,buttreses plinth string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200 milimetre in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing in reinforcement cement concrete work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets and similar type of work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of following diametre confirmng to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings tees and bends of all degree in all leads and lift to the entire satisfacton of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 355 milimetre dia PN 4.00 PE 80.
Providing,laying and jointing and commissioning of PVC control valve of reputed make in outlet chamber to control the water for distribution system in all leads and lift to the entire satisfacton of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 110 milimetre dia.
Providing, laying,jointing & testing in trenches to be leveled to grades, BIS marked MSERW flanged pipes of following diameters conforming to IS/ISO 3183:2007 ( latest with up to date amendments ) of steel grade L-290 and capable withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 metre, including manufacturing reducer/tappers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The layers of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints welding in three layers (Two inner one outer) and all operation such as cutting welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. and lowering need laying in excavated trenches to ensure required levelcomplete in all respects to the best specifications of Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches is to be measured and paid separately) The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipe shall be factory galvanized zinc coating both inside and out side as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of pipe made from the parent tube, shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats bitumens paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T of ISI marked makecomplete in all respect. (earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for seperately) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 350 milimetre dia (Wall thickness of 4.00 mm Table-5).
Providing and fixing mild steel flanges conforming to BIS 6392-1971 latest with upto date ammendments of following dia and table of galvanised iron pipe including cutting of threaded portion welded on both ends as per specification with nuts,bolts and rubber gasket conforming to 1367-1961 for fixing with galvanised iron pipes and flanged joint pipe within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 350 milimetre dia (Wall thickness of 4.00 mm Table-5).
Providing and fixing of cast iron sluice valve of Kirloskar/Kartar/leader/Bir make of following diameter with hand wheel as per IS:14846-2000 (Class PN-1.0) including brass spindal as per 2906-1984 complete with nuts bolts and rubber insertion etc. complete in all respect with in all lead and lifts as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 350 milimetre dia.
