Demolition of brick work built in any type of cement mortar as in walls/parapet walls removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick works with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer above 2mm thick wall care putty on new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old decorated plastered & unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer above 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rough cast plaster, applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agregate (Size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 and finished even as specified in SSR Part-1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall & applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having volatile organic compound less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 300 x 450mm x 6-7mm / 300 x 200mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match the shades of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 300 x 450mm x 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match the shades of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid jointless cerermic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid jointless cerermic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolotion of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite slab (of any type) 20 to 25mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick as in skirting/steps /floor laid over & incl.10mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Single pieces in trads and riser shall be used & 3 Nos of V groove is to be made in the edge of stair case.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 but area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel staples, complete all as specified and directed.

(a) FIXING DETAILS :- Section for frame Glazed shutter and Mesh shutters should be cut to length and mitre joined with polyropylene corner brackets, mullion section should be joined with Frame /Mullion using Mullion Cap ethylproplene damein monomer (EPDM) gasket should be used all around glass in shutter and fixing glass rubber, Gasket should be around glass in shutter and fixed glass. rubber gasket should be used around fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter.

(b) ACCESSORIES :- Each glazed shutter and mesh shutter should be provided with SS pivot hinges- 1 set, seccolor stay. window frame should be fixed to brick/concrete masonary by using Nylon self expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screw into the caps through frame. Notes: - (i) Glazing, Wire mesh, Grill & Painting included in quoted rates. (ii) Double shutter meant for providing glazed shutter as well as wire gauged shutter on outside & inside of the frame respectively. Both the shutters shall be measured as one unit.
