Dismantling carefully wooden/MDF/HDF material flooring/skirting/dado of any description,nature and position including necessary scrapping of gum/ chemical resin over PCC bedding or tiling without disturbing base flooring complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully wooden chowkaht or frames of any description,nature and position including hold fasts embedded in PCC block of any number and position without disturbing flooring finish complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 12/13mm thick High Density Hard wood fibre board (HDF) laminated flooring and skirting of AC-4 class, laid as in tounge and groove/Z- joints pattern of specified design and pattern as directed over 50micron polythene sheet and 2mm thick PVC foam type sheet (EPE packing Foam). The door cill shall be finished as per manufactures specifcally design pattern. The material shall be one side wax finished and exposed surface shall be pre - polished design and pattern. The over lapping of each polythene and foam sheet shall be 150mm each side and separately to each other complete in all respect as specified and directed. M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 in floor/pavings (using 20mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of existing cement concrete flooring/pavings complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed elegance antique finish, 450mm length of bolt, castcopper alloy, barrel tower bolt fixed with brass screws complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Supply and fixed elegance antique finish, 200mm length of bolt, cast brass, barrel alloy tower bolt fixed with brass screws complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Supply and fixed heavy duty 150mm size of butt hinges of cast copper alloy fixed with brass screws complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic plastic paint distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of water based alkali resistant priming primer paint over 2mm thick (in two layers), wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment of paint complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly undecorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic plastic paint distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of water based alkali resistant priming primer paint over 2mm thick (in two layers), wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty Paver floor tiles of size area n. exc. 0.16Sqm X8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete in all respect as specified and directed. S & F 4mm thick teak wood face veneer ply fixed to wooden boards of any description and position with fevicol/glue etc. to a smooth surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F 40mmX25mm thick size first class teak wood wooden architrave/ moulding/ designer lipping of specified designs as approved by Engr-in-Charge fixed to junctions of wall and wooden board and to hold glass/wire mesh in wooden shutter or fixed glazed openings using fevicol/glue , nails, screws etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic plastic paint distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller including filling of surface with mixture of wall care putty and acrylic plastic paint including complete removal of existing treatment of paint, sand paper grinding etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel sections (angle or flat sections) in hold fasts or of similar works fixed independentally with screws or with electric arc welding using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.
