Maintenance and operation of Main pump House 151 BH at Basistha (Pump house No 1 & 2 ) round the clock 24 hours including Sundays and holidays for operation of pump set for pumping water to RCC Over head tanks for time to time water supply to 151 Base Hospital accomodation & married accomodation, Personal line area, 58 FMSD area, No 2 Fd Vet Lab Vet. Lab area, Military dairy farm and MES area including preparation of liquid chlorine with Electro chlorinator Seaclor Mac - 50 and operation of connected valves of the pump house etc. in each shift of 08 hours (3 shifts per day i.e. round the clock) including proper operation of connected Valves, maintaining equipment in perfect conditions, maintaining proper timing of distribution of water supply, cleaning of installation and surrounding areas complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The pump house consisting of the followings : (a) Monoblock Pump Set of Capacity 30 HP = 01 No.(b) Monoblock Pump Set of Capacity 40 HP = 02 Nos.(c) Centrifugal Pump set of Capacity 28 HP . = 01 No.(d) Chlorine dozing Pump Set of Capacity 1.0 HP = 03 Nos.(e) Semi under ground RCC Reservoir of Capacity 1.50 Lakhs Gallons = 01 No.(f) Semi under ground RCC Resivour of Capacity 1.00 Lakhs Gallons. = 01 No.(g) RCC over head tank of capacity 76000 Gallons = 02 Nos.(h) RCC over head tank of capacity 1.0 Lakhs Gallons= 01 No. (j) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 10 HP of raw water pump house -04 Nos (k) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP of MAP pump house -02 Nos.(l) LT panels including building and internal wiring. (m) Dual media filter 50 cum/hrs.

Maintenance and operation of DG Set of Capacity 300/200/140 KVA as stand by power supply to MRI Centre round the clock basis for 24 hours in 03 shifts system of 08 hours including Sundays and holidays including handing and taking over of all assets and operation of all type of related switches within the MRI Centre area all as directed by Engineer-in-charge / authorised MES representative. The operation of DG set is on required basis and run the DG set as and when required as per failure of ASEB supply including cleaning of Gen Set, Batteries, diesel tank and DG Set room and surrounding area.

Maintenance and operation of Power house including DG set insttalled at main power house at 151 Base Hospital Basistha round the clock 24 hours including Sundays and holidays each shift of 08 hours (03 shifts i.e. round the clock) and rectification of minor defects of electrical works in panel board, MCBs, MCCBs etc. of power house premises including cleaning of installation and surrounding areas complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The power house consisting of the followings:- (a) Transformer outdoor type 11 KV/433 Volts - 250 KVA - 02 Nos. (b) Transformer outdoor type 11 KV/433 Volts - 500 KVA - 01 No. (c) Automatic power factor contral panel - 01 No. (d) Main outgoing feeder panels - 03 Nos. (e) OCB (incoming) indoor type 11 KV, 400 Amps - 01 No. (f) OCB (outgoing) indoor type 11 KV, 400 Amps - 01 No. (g) DG Set 320 KVA & 140 KVA - 01 No each.
