1. The percentage above or below should be filled in figure and words. The Final total shall be

worked out by the contractor and duly signed.

2. The percentage rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, Octroi, Service tax, VAT etc.

3. All the work shall be carried out as per Public Work Dept. hand book and MOST & Other

specification of this documents or as directed.

Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and as its close) in all

respect and hold good for work under all condition, site, moisture, weather etc.

5. The contractor shall exhibit a Board as per Govt. No. 806/3277/1657 Dt. 26/04/78 {Guj.}

RGR-No. TNC-1090/24/C dated 29/11/90 and GR Dt. 18/11/91 involved at site without any

payment as directed by Engineer in charge of the work, on board at site of work which

contractor is not entitle for any extra payment.

6. Testing of materials shall be as per statement attached with the specification. The materials

shall be tested in GERI bill for the testing charge shall be paid by the department and 1 %

(One Percent) of the test shall be paid of amount put to tender after deducting the cost of

materials as per Schedule - A shall be deducted from the running account bills of the works.

7. One percent of estimated cost put to tender for this work shall be recovered from the

contract payments as LABOUR CESS. In terms of the Gujarat Government Gazette Extra
