Preparation of detailed pjroject report (20 copies hard and soft covering planning activities like site survey , soil investigation , enabling works , preparation of basic architectural drawing , structural design , BOQs and esimate through outsourcing consultancy in respect of the project " preparation of DRP from provn of sewage treatment plant of appx cap 0.217 MLD at Gulmarg Grn " Full details of the following shall be prepared for the subject work. (a) Topographical details including making of existing/proposed structures and providing soft and hard copy of plan/contour plan all as specified and directed for complete STP project at Gulmarg Grn pocket wise as mentioned in the SOC by user showing following details:- (i) Buildings (ii) Trees (iii) Ext Electric System (iv) Telephonic lines (v) Temporary structures (vi) Contours (vii) Land area survey (viii) Roads and security walls (ix) Scale used (x) Drainages (xi) Marking of available distance of project STP and existing STP (xii) Design of pipe lines (xiii) Design of UG sumps (xiv) Design of Electrical apparatus (b)Preparation of approximate estimate part-I and II, Accn statement part-II and other documents required as directed with full details of projected STP as per scope of work & SOC by user based on following :- (i) SOA 2009 & DWP-2007 (ii) E-in-C `s rates and specifications (iii) Accn statement part-I provided by user (iv) E-in-C`s policies in respect of STP (v) Desired percentage for dispasal of treated water. (c) Preparation of architectural drawing and specificatiions of STP as per estimates in hard and soft copy (Duty rooms, plant rooms & testing lab). (d) Planning and design of electrochemical and essential of utility services i.e. Air conditioning , fire fighting , water supply,electric supply, plumbing work, efficient roads, path ,gates , area drainage , water harvesting , aboriculture and land scaping. (e) Planning and design of security lights alongwith the perimeter of STP. (f) Planning and execution of the soil investigation works including soil parameters.SBC at required depth , plate load test carrying out the same as per NBC and BIS codal provisioning and submission of the reports in hard and soft copy with video recording. (g) Designing structural drawing of the building as per Approximate Estimate considering the seismic V criteria severe exposer conditions for SBS valves and depth already conducted and submitting the design drawing along with design folder in hard and soft copy duly vated by IITs/NITs/Govt Engr colleges (h) Design of equipments to keep min 22`C in treatment plant (j) Planning of site clearance and area development, water conservation , energy saving devices and estimation of existing STP to be demolised and preparation of credit of materials based on market rates. (k) Preparation of estimation bill of quantities including framing the tender specification, pre-qualification criteria for proposed contractors to be deployed. (l) Model of project in 1:1000 scale (m) Walk through model (Exterior and interior of buildings and overall area layout) Note : Employement of adequate skilled/qualified manpower by the consultant during execution period and periodical visits of the work site for rendering classification/resolution of issued during execution on requirement basis.
