1. Removal the damaged parking brake and steering cylinder assly. From the motor grader.
2. Perform a detailed of the parking brake and steering cylinder components including rod, seal cylinder barrel and brake pad.
3. Repairing of the scratches to the barrel of steering cylinder.
4. Polish of piston rod.
5. Eye end welding and grinding.
6. Reinstall the components with motor grader, ensuring all connection are secure.
7. Tightening all bolts to the recommended to due specification.
Material Required:-
DA cylinder-01 no, Oxygen cylinder-02 nos, Low Hydrogen electrode-05 kg, Steel electrode-03 kg, Grinding wheel-02 nos, Steering cyl. Seal kit 452HC00049-01 set, Parking brake pad kit 452SK01216-01 set,
