Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, satuated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, labeling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil separately and after lying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed with in all leads/ lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. Complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying , jointing and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches including pipe fittings such as bends, TEE's etc. to required grades as per IS: 4984-1995 latest with up to date amendments of following Outer Dia pipes, material grade and class of pipes. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications including required fittings complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

225mm outer diameter with grade PE-63 and presure rating PN-4 (4 Kg /cm2).

200mm outer diameter with grade PE-63 and presure rating PN-4 ( 4 Kg /cm2).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand: 12 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforced concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.in: -

Foundation and plinth

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shutring,strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies,hieght of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced & plain concrete work in :

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete i/c entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry (uncoursed /brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6sand:12graded Crushed stone aggreate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer .In.-Charge.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall complete i/c entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulder of square cut faces against the wire (wire crate to be measure and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts

G.I. wire 5mm thick correspondings to SWG-6 15cm x 15 cm mesh includings all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Cast Iron alfa valve of reputed make 200mm dia at raw water channel up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
