Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete(DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade VG-30 Bitumen (supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8 10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material]

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade VG-30 Bitumen (supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8 10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material]

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-30 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications: On bituminous @ 0.5Kg/sqm.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign mater;al etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Supply of C.I. isolating transformer housing box ,water tight round type , metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round ,except the top surface , which is 15 mm thick ,cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole center at one side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no of 50 mm dia "B" CLASS G.I.pipe including check nuts as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts and 4 nuts with washers of M10 X 30 MM tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre ) and having a drain holr at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia "B" class G.I. pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per AAI drawing & specifications.

Supply of elevated type Runway edge light fitting suitable for following complete with bottom box and all accessories i/c halogen lamp, lens / filter / prism etc. as required and as per specifications.

b) Uni directional STOP BAR light with lamp

Supply of elevated type high intensity uni-directional simple approach light fittings complete with lens holder, lens, clamping mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, halogen lamp central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead base plate with 6 nos. of stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories with lens, filters etc. complete in all respect and confirming to specifications.

Supply of breakable coupling for approach light fittings complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 1, 150 mm thick , the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I.pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (Wherever the transformers boxes are not in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing SAPL light fittings complete units from the existing location and re-installation of the same, testing & Commissioning including making connections with the existing isolating transformer etc. (this work required be carried out during Changes in RWY Profile of runway 08). (A set of 17 SAPL fittings)

Dismantling of existing RUNWAY EDGE /TURNING PAD/STOP BAR units from the existing location and re-installation of the same, testing & Commissioning including making connections with the existing isolating transformer etc. (this work required be carried out during Changes in RWY Profile). ( RUNWAY EDGE /TURNING PAD fittings)

Supply of 5KV grade plug & receptacle of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment . 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core standard copper conductor cable confirming to IS:1554 (Part-1) etc. as reqd.

Providing / laying and fixing of following size "B" class G.I.pipe with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box , providing check nuts etc as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resign compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor airfield lightining cable of exceeding 1.1 KV grade but not exceeding 11 KV grade as required. :-

a) Single core 16 sq. mm.

b) Single core 6 sq. mm.

Supply of two pin secondary plug assembly for approach light fitting (Length 3.50 mtr) complete as required.
