Excavation in foundation ( trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8(1cement,4Sand,8 Stone Agrregate 40 mm Nominal Size & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation and Plinth complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M30 (Design Mix) But not less than 1:1.5:3 & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

In Foundation and Plinth complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less then 0.10 mm thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses.) complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrires.intrenal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) inner side i/c cost and carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidentials. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring & shuttering in complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation and Plinth complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm with locking arrangement (Drawing attached) complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
