M & L for brushing cleaned roof surfaces with neat cement slurry @3kg/ Sqm and applying 5mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, applying polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wwoven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer @ 0.5 lit / Sqm and hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm at the bottom and another coat at top of the membrane and finally finished with one coat of bitumineous aluminium primer at 100 grams/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thickness as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S & F Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4mm thick of approved colour for interiors/exteriors in any position for any height consisting of two layers of aluminium skins of 0.25 mm thick sandwiching a thermo plastic core in continuous lamination process with PVDF coating for interior/exterior grades ensuring long colour and no fungal attacks including grid work made with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx25mmx1.5mm thick and fixed to the panels with suitable fasteners without any undulations in facias complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m span, copings, bed blocks for hold fasts, bed plates, roof kerbs and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / hard standings laid to slope in panels including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement conctete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.
