The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor, at least a similar work value not less than Rs.7.50 Lakhs in (Usually not less than the 50% of the estimated value of contract) during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during (i.e. during 2021-22 to 2025-26 shall be considered) The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer.An additional weightage of 10 percent for each year will be add to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level 2026-27 Note:(One similar work means Consultancy services for preparation of proposal, uploading necessary documents for online application, co-ordination with forest department and related work
To qualify for award of this Contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turn over of Rs.15.00 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract) Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal.Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. Key equipment The bidder should have the following equipment / Licensed software for carrying out the assignment.1) The Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) Equipement Rent/Lease 2) 04 Computers 3) Canon plotter for Map Printing 4) All necessary/01 SUV vehicle for carrying out the survey work.The intending bidder should have availability of above equipment/software either owned or by procurement against self-mobilization or by lease agreement entered into before the date of filling the tender.

Coordination and Technical support with KFD in the various levels of RFO, ACF, DCF, CCF, PCCF, State government and MOEFCc.Attending quarries raised in the forest department, Review of recommendations reports by various levels of KFD forwarding the application online and hard copies to GOK from PCCF.And review of recommendations reports by MOEFCc and forwarding the compliance to EDS raised by MOEFCc and submission of compliance to the observation raised by KFD and MOEFCc.
Coordinating with Aranya Bhavana to place the project proposal in project screening committee and Attending EDS raised by project screening committee by providing required EDS and compliance.
Registration of project and uploading the proposal for FC in PARIVESH portal (Latest version) and Filling of Form A (Part I) Diversion of Forest land along with the necessary documents

Geo Referencing of all Village Maps falling within the Project Alignment, Digitization and Edge Matching of all Village Maps, Analysing of Raw Data received from Client and correction of KML which are falling on the buildings, Adding junction to junction Dia for KML and width for the same, Extraction of Village wise Forest and non-Forest Survey Number from village Maps, Adding forest Sy. No. to Shapefile (All types of forest), Preparation of Forest and Non-Forest KML for Entire Project.
Procurement of village maps required for the project from SSLR department by submitting the request letter including follow up and Scanning of the procured village maps.
Preparation of Component wise KML as per the data available in VJNL department
Preparation of Line Maps, image maps, A4 Documents color and Black and White and submission of hard copy report of modified proposal of Forest area lift component.
DPGS Survey of Forest and non-forest area.
