WORK OF GENERAL SERVICING OF 5.5/2.0 T CAPACITY SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS ALONG WITH REPAIRING AND PROVIDING SPARE PARTS AT 132 KV SUBSTATION GAJRAULA,SAIDNAGLI, KOTHIKIDMATPUR & BACHRAUN UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION DIVISION-AMROHA.

General servicing of 5.5T capacity split air conditioning system at 132KV S/S Gajraula by doing following works. (a) Cleaning of filter by chemical (b) Cleaning of cooling coil by blower. (c) washing of outdoor unit (d) Chemical cleaning of condensing coil of cooling fans.

Replacement of damaged Compressor unit (2.0 Ton) for carrier/ Dakin make split air conditioning system at 132KV S/S Kothikidamatpur & Bachraun.

Filling of AC Gas (R410) in 5.5 Ton AC

Filling of AC Gas (R22) in 2.0 Ton AC

N2 Pressure testing of 2/5.5 T Capacity split AC system for 48 Hrs.

Replacement of PCB card of Indoor/ out door unit of 2.0 T Capacity AC System.

General Servicing of 02 Ton Capacity AC’s installed in control/scada Rooms at 132 KV S/S Bachhraun & Kothikhidmatpur.

Detection of leakage points in refrigerant pipe in between indoor and outdoor unit and attending the same by brazing and refilling of refrigerant gas as per requirement.

Replacement of Socket & switches of same rating as per site

Replacement of defective fan motor of 2.0T capacity split conditioning system.

Repairing of voltage stablizer feeding AC supply to air conditioning system
