The tenderer must have experience of supplying an average of 50 personnel per year to Government/Semi-Government/Private Aided Institutions/Organizations during the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). Supporting experience certificates issued by the concerned institutions must be submitted.

Performance Certificates/Service Certificates issued by previous client departments for satisfactory service rendered.

Name and Address of the Tenderer

The manpower agency must be a registered organisation. If the agency is a firm, company, partnership, cooperative society or NGO, it must be registered under the respective law. Relevant registration documents must be submitted.

Registration details with the Labour Department (attach copy of registration certificate)

Service Tax Registration details (attach certificate copy)

EPF Code Number obtained under the EPF Act (attach copy). Submit EPF Registration Certificate and Challans/Statements showing EPF payment for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.

ESI Code Number obtained under the ESI Act (attach copy). Submit ESI Registration Certificate and Challans/Statements showing ESI payment for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.

GST Registration Certificate. Submit challans/statements showing GST payment for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.

Professional Tax Registration Certificate (attach copy). Submit challans/statements showing payment of professional tax for the year 2024-25.

PAN Card details (attach copy)

Details of manpower services being provided by the tenderer during the current year to various Government/Semi-Government organizations. List of organizations and number of staff deployed must be submitted along with Work Order copies

Business Establishment Licence issued by Municipal Corporation/City Municipal Council/Town Panchayat/Gram Panchayat/BBMP or other competent authority. Licence must be valid for the year 2025-26.

Income Tax Returns (ITR-5) for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Affidavit (on 100 RS Stamp Paper, notarized) declaring that the tenderer is not blacklisted and not an elected representative. Affidavit must be dated after the date of this tender notification.

Documents proving that the agency has a local office if not available, a letter of undertaking to open a local office must be submitted.
