Providing & laying cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40 mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregates of approved quality free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete, carrying and laying at any height / depth to proper line & grade, compacting with vibrator/ rammers for proper compaction, curing, re-handling of materials, if required, including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete, carrying & laying at any height / depth to the line & grade, compacting with vibrator/ rammers for proper compaction, curing, rehandling of materials, if required, including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade using 20 mm & downgraded size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete in concrete mixer, carrying & laying at any height/ depth to the line & grade, compacting with vibrator / rammers for proper compaction, curing, re-handling of materials, if required, with all lead, lift & de lift including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, hire and running charges of machineries such as concrete mixer and generator, taxes (Excluding GST), etc; but excluding steel reinforcement complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated high yield strength deformed steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including cutting, bending, binding, straightening, tying the grills & placing in position at any height / level including cost & conveyance of all materials (including binding wire 18 to 20 gauge), labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for reinforced cement concrete works of beams, columns and the like at any height/level and dismantling them after specified period of casting, disposal of mucks away from the work site including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20 mm thick cement sand plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over stone masonry at any height/ level with racking out joints, finishing the surface smooth, watering for curing including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls at any height with two coats of water proofing cement paint of approved quality, shade & make to give an even shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, providing scaffolding, preparation of surface prior to application, curing with all lead, lift & de lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and fitting/ fixing 15 mm dia gun metal ferrule cock confirming to IS -2692:1978 in the water main as per P.H.specification including drilling the water main & jointing with required materials, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, working at any height/level and testing etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and fitting/ fixing 15 mm dia single air relief valve confirming to IS 14845:2000 in the water main including drilling the water main with metal straps for pipes and jointing with required materials, taxes, cess, working at any height/level and testing etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and fitting/ fixing 80 mm dia cast iron sluice valve with double flanged ends (rating PN-1.0) for water work purpose confirming to IS-14846-2000 and jointing with required materials, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, working at any height/level and testing etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and fitting/ fixing 15 mm dia chrome plated brass screw down stop cock conforming to IS:781-1995 as per P.H. specification including required materials, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, working at any height/level and testing etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying well burnt clamp burnt brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super-structure at any height using 23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm size C.B. bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Cm2 including splay cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, soaking bricks before use, curing, providing scaffolding including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de- lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement sand plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick masonry at any height including racking out joints 12mm deep, finishing the surface smooth, watering for curing, providing scaffolding with cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess and all lead, lift & de lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and laying in trenches 15 mm dia nominal bore P.V.C. (A.S.T.M.) pipes of schedule 80 as per standard -D 1785/89 including supplying & fixing required fittings as per P.H. specification with testing, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work in trenches to be paid for separately).

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and laying in trenches rigid unplasticised PVC pipes 75 mm outside dia class-III (0.6 mpa) as per IS:4985-2000 & specials and jointing with supply of approved solvent cement by heat application method including testing, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work in trenches to be paid for separately).

Supplying all approved materials, labour, tools & plants and laying in trenches 80 mm nominal dia centrifugally cast (spun) iron spigot/socket pressure pipes class- LA conforming to IS: 1536-2001 including supplying & fixing required fittings as per P.H. specification with testing, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work in trenches to be paid for separately).
