Taking down shutters for Resecuring of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n. exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing old wooden shutter exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0Sqm in same opening as obtained from item No. 5 here-in-above, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes through brick wall built in cement mortar, for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts exceeding half brick thick but not exceeding one brick thick and making good the dismantled portion with PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) and cement mortar (1:3) to match the disturbed surface with existing finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n.exc 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate as in pressed steel door frame (backfill) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair framed work such as supports of gates, windows grill and cooler stand and similar work for window etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 18/19 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade prelaminated both sides with decorativce choice laminations and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, cabinets, pelmets etc including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading all around of 1st class HW (Teak) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium powder coated Door seal steel strips with brushes of size of not less than 40mm wide, fixed to wooden doors complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and preparation of unplastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.
