OVER HEAD TANK WORKS

Soil testing , Design of OHT, Supply of all Materials , Labours ,T&P etc. and Construction of RCC O.H.T of capacity 100 KL and 18m Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome including 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts till Top dome & on Top dome, fixed with M.S. ladder to the top dome & to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of DI K-9 outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials), flooring, 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S, M.H. cover , ventilator, columns etc. complete with approved water proofing ( apex)/ emulsion paint, testing, filling & arranging water for water tightness testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2.

RISING MAIN

Supply and fixing of following sizes of reflux valves including all T&P material for completion of work for following sizes for rising main confirming to IS:14846-2000 in position etc. complete-100 mm dia. Cast steel Reflux Valve, PN-16

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WORKS

Providing, Supply and Carting from site store to site of work, Laying & Jointing of G.I. screwed pipes (including cost of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete. (G.I. Pipe Medium Quality IS: 1239)

Excavation in soil mixed with shingle boulder etc. requiring the use of specials T&P,if any, for pipe line trenches including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m with back filling,watering,ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge - for bituminous road

Dismantling and reinstatement of following type of road surface for laying of pipe line including sorting out of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials: C.C.Road (0.70 m x 3018m )

Constructing masonry Chamber for sluice valve/scour valve with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With F.P.S. bricks

Providing & Fixing Woltman type Bulk Water Meter Inline type, flange end with Integral mounted display and all necessary fittings - 100 mm

Providing & Fixing Woltman type Bulk Water Meter Inline type, flange end with Integral mounted display and all necessary fittings - 150 mm

Providing Functional Household Tap connection including all material and labour charges all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

BOUNDARY WALL AND GATE

Supply of all labour, materials, and T&P etc. and construct boundary wall at proposed water works site.

Supply of all labour, materials, and T&P etc and privide 3.6 m wide M.S. gate with pillars as per departmental type design, at proposed water works site.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and drassing complete in proposed water works.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edging with bricks laid dry length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth neatly within a lead of 50 m : Common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of Class designation 7.5

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded)

Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri dwarf in different colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 12 to 15 flowers in full bloom specimen plant 23 to 30 cm ht. in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc SUB HEAD : 16.0 ROAD WORK 282 Code Description Unit Rate No. chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
