Erection of 220 KV Feeder control & Relay panel SAS Based

Erection of Auxiliary Structure

Earthing of Equipments by Cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below in side ground and above ground of following size M.S. Flat for earthing of main and auxillary structure, equipments Structure incuding Excavation of trenches, its back filling and all other associated work as required to complete the work.

Painting of following size M.S. Flat after clening of rusted surface first one coat of red oxide primer and to coat green color paint to complete the work.

Prepaing of cable schedule of 220 KV Bay as per drawing

Laying of following size control cable in trenches, cable trays from BCU to 220 KV CB, CT, CVT,s isolators boxes and other outdoor equipments instlled in 220 KV Swchyard as per cable schedule including carrage of cable drums from store and all other associated work.

Termination of following size control cable as laid above as per cable schedule inclding making necessory holes in glands plate or box where over equired fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, lugging and ferruling of each core and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. (The rates of termination of control cable including all cores of cable at both end.)

Stringing of Three phase jack bus 12 M Between 220 KV LI to CB with ACSR Single Zebra Conductor the work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of single double bolted type tension fitting Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from store to erection site and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily.

Jumpering, Interconnection of equipment with specified conductor of various 220 KV Equipment with main/Transfer/Jack Bus Bar and 220 KV CB, CTs, CVTs, LAs, and Isolators of ACSR Zebra Couductor. The work includeds cutting of conductor, bending in proper shape, clamping with the help of clamps/Conector and all other associated work to complete the work.

Ring earthing (198KV LA) of 3 meter long 40mm MS Round having 150mm conical shape. Its placing vertically in side the ground below 700mm. All 06 Nos. Electrode arrange in rectangular manner and connecting with 75x10/50x6mm MS Flat laid on its edge (all above work in one job).
