Item No. 1 ENDLESS SLAT CONVEYOR (ARRIVAL) Design, supply, installation,testing & commissioning of heavy duty Endless Slat Type Flat Arrival Baggage Conveyor System (Approx. 42.6 Mtr.) having nominal useful width of 950mm, having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC / PU / Rubber, antistatic, flame retardant, height 450mm from finished floor level and speed of 24- 30 mtrs / min. The carousel shall have die-cast aluminimum chain block friction type suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats finished chain track unit frame work tension adjustment device stainless steel side covering ( inner & outer side panels of 1.6 mm thick stainless steel for PAX area and 2 mm thick MS for non PAX area) in the passenger area as well as in the non passenger area, toe-kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimensions with MS slat support having live loading capacity of 35 kgs per linear meter and all other accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, necessary wiring, connection / interconnection etc. as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( with friction drive as per Technical Specification).

Item No. 3 DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, supply, installation, testing and commisioning of heavy duty Slider Bed Departure Conveyor of 16.6 mtr. Long connector conveyer + 12.6 mtr. Long Transport + 3 Mtr. long Take-away conveyer measured across the center line having frame 1050mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished floor level for easy handling of passenger baggage weighing 35 kg. per linear mtr at speed of 21 to 25 mtr/min. complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified i/c drive unit , end pulleys , take up pulley, side panels (1.6 mm thick of stainless steel for PAX area and 2 mm thick MS for non PAX area) and all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor as per above length, specifications & drawings.

Item No. 5 GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR Design, supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Gravity Roller structure of 2mtr. in length measured along the centre line complete in all respects i/c frame section, rollers, supports as per specifications / drawings as approved by Engg.-in-charge.

Item No. 6 DRAUGHT CURTAIN Supply & Installation of Draught Curtain cover for the opening of conveyer belt, of sutiable size fabricated with 3mm thick Nylon Rubber flaps, to be fixed by SS flat strip as per size of shutter opening etc. the opening size shall be as per dimensions /drawings approved by engg.-in-charge, complete as required (Arrival and Departure)

Item No. 7 ROLLING SHUTTER SITC of electricaly operated Rolling Shutter with arrangement for auto and manual operation to suit to the opening in wall fabricated extruded Aluminium provided with suitable rated tubular geared single phase motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switch or sensor interlock with coveyor starter, complete with guide channels, wiring, earthing, painting etc. as required for the successful operation of the shutter for minimum opening size 1.5mtr (L) x 1.35mtr (W).(Arrival and Departure)

Item No. 8 Dismantling and shifting of existing Departure System and 1 No. Arrival Carousel including its Control Panel, Rolling Shutters etc. to Nearest AAI's Stores.

Item No. 9 All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of depature and arrival conveyor system by providing quarterly inspection, repair, maintenance, tracking, alignment, replacement of unserviceable components, greasing, poling, topping up of gear oil in gear reducer, rolling shutter, cleaning and all other other accssociated maintenance job as per maintenance schedule and recomendation of OEM on following slat/slider belt/feeder/gracity roller coveyor and control panels to keep the conveyor system under serviceable condition including attending any numbers of breakdown as and when required. Note:-The agency shall also required to pay quterly visit during the 12 month DLP period for Preventive maintnance. (i) Endless arrival slat conveyor (42.6 mtr loop length) along with their power cum control panels - 1No. (ii) Depature slider bed conveyor (16.6 mtr + 12.6 mtr + 3 mtr)- 1 No. along with their powe cum control panels. (iii) Depature Gravity roller conveyor -1 No.

b) 2nd year (3.748% of SITC cost, i.e item no -1 to 7 ) For 1 Job / Annum

c) 3rd year (3.951% of SITC cost, i.e item no -1 to 7 ) For 1 Job / Annum

d) 4th year (4.153% of SITC cost, i.e item no -1 to 7 ) For 1 Job / Annum

e) 5th year (4.356% of SITC cost, i.e item no -1 to 7 ) For 1 Job / Annum
