Supply, Laying, connecting up and testing cable XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core including all the accessories for connecting the cable with double compression glands and taking down old unserviceable underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Copper Earthing of cope boxes/feeder pillar boxes installed at jetty, using copper plate 600x600x3.15mm thick electrode and 32 x 6 mm copper strip through GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia duly fixed on wall/floor. The top portion of the earth electrode will kept up to 2.25 metre below the water bed at the jetty including making test point complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, Fabrication, Supply and installation of cubicle type, totally enclosed, double door Outdoor type (CPRI Approved vendor IP65) floor mounted, fully stainless steel of SAE 316 grade built forced cooling feeder pillar fabricated in compartmentalised design made out of 1.6 mm thick stainless steel sheet of 316 Grade, suitable for operation on 440 Volt, 3 phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, 2000Amp, TPN aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports with bottom base channel, Including necessary foundation, stickering of feeder names, re connection of existing cable, dismantling of old unserviceable LT panel and with the following incomers & Outcgoing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) Incomer :- (a) 2000 Amps, 3P+N, 50kA ACB EDO with Microprocessor protection - 1 Nos (b) Including TNC switch, Remote/Local Switch and all the necessary control wiring. (B) Outgoing :- (a) 1200 Amps, 3P+N, 50kA ACB EDO with Microprocessor protection - 1 Nos. (b) Including TNC switch, Remote/Local Switch and all the necessary control wiring. (c) 800 Amps TPN MCCB 50kA - with Thermal magnetic release having O/L & S/C protection - 2 Nos. (d) Digital MF Meter with suitable ratio CTs -1 Set. (B) Outgoing :- (a) 200A 4P MCCB 25Ka – with Thermal magnetic release having O/L & S/C protection – 2 nos . (b) Digital MF Meter with suitable ratio CTs -1 Set. (c) LED Phase Indication lamp with control MCBs - 1 Set.

Supply and fix double compression flame proof brass cable gland suitable for cable size 3.5 core 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double compression flame proof brass cable gland suitable for cable size 3 core 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double compression flame proof brass cable gland suitable for cable size 3 core 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cubicle type, totally enclosed, Outdoor type (CPRI Approved vendor IP65), floor mounted, fully stainless steel built cope box fabricated in compartmentalized design made out of 2.0 mm thick stainless steel sheet of 316 Grade, suitable for operation on 415 Volt, 3 phase , 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, 1200Amps Copper bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports with bottom base channel, of size 750mm x 500mm x 350mm in utility duct of south jetty complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cope boxes should be installed above the jetty by making necessary holes for making provision for incoming and outgoing cables and providing necessary fittings to fit above the jetty including dismantling of existing cope boxes as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in GI pipe 40 mm or fixed with poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required using copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm including hot dipped spring washers, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- GI Pipe 40 mm shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of earth continuity conductor, cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etcof size 40mm dia including taking down old unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 3.5 core 70 Sqmm in trenches /duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection of cable complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for foundation of pole and laying of underground electric cable in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed.

Supply and spread Riddle Sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches complete all specified and directed. (Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm complete all as specified and directed

Material &Labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Metres below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering funnel with 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point or LT panel etc, and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix 4 pole MCCB 200 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volt fixed thermal and fixed magnetic including suitable enclosures with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand/bituminous road of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm & width of 45 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface in layers 150 mm thick cold mix bituminous or PCC 1:2:4 over 150 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Amount of credit schedule will be dected to arraive the contract Sum.
