Dismantling of existing old unserviceable pole 7.5 to 9.0 metres long of any type from the PCC foundation, coping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor, street light, security light fitting, GI brackets, looping box, stay assembly of any type & pattern etc, after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P or any mechanical method will be applied and debris disposal upto distance not exceeding 100 mtr at defence low land and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS- 2317/1980 type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion including taking down old unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete and coping will be measured and paid separately)

Fixing only serviceable steel tubular LT/swaged pole (9 mtr long) complete fixing with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified complete including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion after taking down old serviceable pole of any description and any position/location complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete and coping will be measured and paid separately)

S&F for galvanised steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer over two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling of existing rusted/worn out mild steel cross arms angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for aluminium conductor (ferret) with steel reinforced galvanised wire conductor drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing and jumper etc and including removing old unserviceable aluminium conductor (ferret) with steel reinforced galvanised complete all as specified and directed

S&F for new stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 mm long, stay wire 7/4 mm stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300 mm X 300 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete and complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part –I including dismantling of existing broken/unserviceable stay assembly. (Note : Excavation, stay clamps and concrete work etc will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down existing worn out/rusted GI earth wire, cradles, guards of any size and shape at any position from LT poles stretching new GI earth wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) on LT poles for continuous earth wire/guards and cradles (hexagonal/rectangular) including 1.6 mm GI binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-stretching of existing LT over head line, ACSR of any type and GI wire maintaining sag in permissible limit, including provision of new wire for insulator complete all as specified and directed .

&L for tree branches/vegetation cutting around the LT/HT lines and installations from line conductor to tree distance up to 4 mtrs and cutted wood pieces/vegitation materials disposal upto distance not exceeding 100 mtr at defence land location where as directed and including providing safety equipments & cutting tools, ladders etc will be own arrangement by the contractor and complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- (1) Safety measures will be fully responsible by tenderer (2) During tree /branches/vegitation cutting any damages on OH lines/installation should be re-uniform responsible fully by the tenderer with out any cost. (3) Approximately distance covered both side for the LT/HT lines/installations not exceeding 100 mtr measured as a one Job only)

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable insulators from pole of any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one iron nut, 100 mm height, 100 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed

S&F for shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green 1100 volts grade pressure, 90mm dia, 75mm high including galvanised strip of size 31X3 mm, 12mm dia insulators bolts, nuts and washers after and including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable shackle type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for junction box, water & fire retardant proof, outdoor type made out of external dimensions 400mmX300mmX 190mm single door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated with one number MCB single pole of 6 Amps, 240V, 10KA, 'C' series capacity for housing 3 phase and neutral bus bar including connecting the incoming/out going cables glands SMC quoted clamps, bolts etc all and fixed to the steel tubular poles/PCC poles with mild steel flat of size 25mm X 4mm after and including removing of old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed. M&L for PVC conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm dia from looping box to Street light connector holding in MS clamp of size 25X2 mm thick at every one mtr used in each pole 04 Nos of clamps with necessary nut,bolts and washers etc and including PVC sheathed three core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from looping box to light fitting connector and including removing of old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia and light grade protection pipe of 15 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including removing old item complete after taking down old earthing all as specified and directed. Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.0 Mtr long, 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer complete after taking down old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for LED security light fitting of capacity 70w/72w LED street light fitting with LED lamps in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover with IP65 protection with 4 KV inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting and testing and including removing of old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, foundation, filling for poles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
