Vaccum de-water flooring (VDF) by fixing channels,doing the vaccum de-watering over the placed concrete, power floating the compacted base flooring incorporating non-metallic floor hardner FH 20 or equivalent at 3kg/sqm, cutting the concrete in panels of size 4mx3m intervals by groove cutting the panels in 5mm width x 10 mm deep after 3 to 4 days of water curing, filling this gap with polysulphide sealant or any suitable flexible materials after 7 to 10 days of curing with all materials, tools, machines etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50metres lead of:Galvalume sheet.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-(minimum thickness 1.80 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing Galvalume sheets ( Supply of Pre painted Alu- Zinc alloy coated steel sheets -55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.6% Silicons and not less than 0.5mm thick-PPGL, 150 GSM). Sheet should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size 5.5 x 55mm with EPDM seal at top of corrugation complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, including providing necessary overlap not less than 250mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be paid separately, cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.The contractor shall submit the manufacturers test certificates of the roofing sheet before commencing the work and also required to conduct the test on the randomly selected sample from the site by the Engineer-in -Charge to ensure the minimum thickness.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:mm(+0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws complete: Ridge in the form of sheet coil should be used as the direction of Engineer-in-charge and a minimum length of 40 cm overlap should be provided. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required as per direction of Engineer in charge . :Ridges plain 120 cm

Supplying and installation of a wind-driven roof ventilator with a throat diameter of 21 inches and an impeller diameter of 28 inches, comprising a minimum of 42 bevelled and grooved blades made from 0.46 mm thick aluminium alloy (Hindalco). The ventilator shall be supported by a high-resistance pivot rotation mechanism without bearings. The turbine height shall be 16.5 inches. The top and bottom rings shall be made of stainless steel (SS 304). The ventilator shall operate efficiently at low wind speeds starting from 1 m/sec, with an approximate weight of 5.8 kg, and shall be capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 160 km/hr. The ventilator shall be fixed on an FRP base plate of size 1800 mm (length) × 1050 mm (width) with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm, complete with an upright collar neck. The item shall include all necessary incidentals, such as labour charges, tools, scaffolding, and accessories, required for complete installation. All joints shall be completely leakproof, sealed using silicone compound, especially at the joints between the galvalume sheet and the FRP base sheet. The product shall carry a minimum warranty of three (3) years.
