S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.50 sqm each, without taking off shutters from the frames including iron mongry complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description of area exc 1.00 sqm but n. exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters 2nd class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Plain, framed, panelled shutters 35 mm thick in 2nd class hard wood (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of Shutters after necessary repairs, of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm in same opening , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory window & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wwod powder/ rick husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded stat headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N / mm 2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A catogory with property of being termite/ borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs / SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/ cum and screw withdrwal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N mm2 modulus of elasticity 850 N / mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A catogary with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardanat and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Note:- stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.
