Providing and laying of Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) lawn, including preparation of ground by removing all rubbish, weeds, stones and debris, loosening of soil up to required depth, leveling and dressing of surface, application of approved manure/fertilizer, laying healthy, fresh and well-rooted Bermuda grass sods/slips uniformly at proper spacing, pressing into soil, watering immediately after laying, and maintaining the lawn for a minimum period of 30 days, including watering, mowing, replacement of dead grass, and ensuring uniform growth, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
