Design, Drawing and Construction of 9.00 lakh liter Capacity of intez shape of RCC Overhead Tank having 12 nos columns of 27.43 Mtr height from G.L upto bottom of bottom dome springing. The scope of work also includes all RCC Structures like RCC foundation , RCC pile cap, RCC column/ staging and dog-legged stair case, bottom of ring beam, vertical wall, top dome and P/F Mild Steel ladder with safety cage from top landing of dog-legged stair case up to top of top dome, GI railing of 0.85 mtr high consist of horizontal members made out of two lines with 25 mm internal dia class–B GI pipe with vertical members of railing consist of angles iron ISA 50x50x6 mm at a spacing of 1 mtr c/c as per specifications in all respect, including Plinth Protection, painting of OHSR & pipes , Lighting Arrestor , Water Level Gauge , Stair Case wall enclosure with Mild Steel door with locking arrangement as per drawing, P & F of 3 Nos Vertical DI Flange Pipe of 350mm i/d & 1 no of 150 mm i/d with CI expansion joints of same size , Puddle Collars, Bell Mouth, Duck Foot Bend, Expansion joints, MS Clamps with suitable Sluice Valve and Valve Chamber, Internal SS ladder, Lettering & Painting of OHSR, Earthing Pit, Lighting Arrestor, 4 no. sluice valve haudies of size 4’x4’x4’, painting with enamel paint as per shades and colours specified and the design and size of steel gate of size 4’x7’ as per standard drawing of OHSR complete in all respects. The Contractor shall submit his own design for OHSR based on actual safe bearing capacity as per standard specification. The design should be based on the Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development company.
