Design, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of Intake Well

The scope of work includes the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of a 10 m diameter Intake Well with a total height of 26.00 m, along with an overhead pump house and 1.00 m wide peripheral walkway. The pump house shall be designed to accommodate 04 Nos pumps (1 Working, 1 Standby, and 2 Future). A 50.00 m long and 3.00 m wide MS approach bridge shall be constructed to connect the intake well to the riverbank. The work shall comprise all necessary civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical components required for complete functionality and safety, excluding supply and installation of pumps and electrical panels, and shall conform to relevant standards and specifications.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of VT Pump suitable for 143.33 LPS at 50 Mtr Head with 110 KW/4P IE3 CGL Motor for 20 Mtr Sump Depth, (Pumpset Price with cable including LT PMU,Discharge Head (for Suspended Installation); Discharge Frame Cutout Size {(CuSi) [with Stone Bolt for Foundation, Taper washer, Half nut & full nut, Cable Duct with Rubber Gromet]}; Crow Bar(for Lowering of Pumpset of Column Pipe) (Each)) etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in Charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD.

Design, construction, testing and commissioning of Rapid Gravity Filter Treatment Plant including all relevant civil, electrical , mechanical ,instrumentation, automization and SCADA works, chemical building and stores along with ancillary civil works as defined in scope of work, technical specification and provisions of CPHEEO manuals for the following capacity .

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths DI standard specials with rubber ring (EPDM)/ nut bolt and insertion sheet and jointing as per IS: 9523- 2000 or as amended up to date, such as tees, bends, tapers, caps etc. within trenches in DI pipe line complete including all material, labour, taxes, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge (excluding earth work).
