Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintergrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge etc.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) a) All works upto plinth level

b) In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and structs etc. upto floor five level

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : ii) Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Excavation and removing loose materials, roughing with chisel and cleaning the surface with air/water jet inclusive of all labours, machinaries, material, scaffolding / platforms etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing self drilling anchors of 32mm diameter with tensile strength > 550N/mm2 of approved make with attached drill bit of dia. 51mm wide bottom of rock, hexagonal nut of 400kgN capacity, washer plate 200 x 200 x 10mm size, coupler for connecting bars, inserting quick fixing cemnet resin and full length grouting including all ancillary materials, machinery, labour etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. IRC fabric with wire mesh 75mm x 75mm, 10 gauge in position of approved make including cost of providing 6mm lugs at regular intervals with all necessary machinery, all labour, materials, scaffolding / platform and all other ancillary operations etc. complete with all lifts and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing andapplying in position wet shotcrete ( M-25: with maximum size of aggregate 10mm) of average 75mm thick in three layers as per mix design including admixtures, necessary machinery, all labour, materials, scaffolding / platforms and all other ancillary operations etc. complete with all lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge a) 110 mm dia
