Engaging 2 persons- 1.Caretaker cum cook for attending telephone calls , spreading bed sheets, removing soiled clothes, keeping occupants register upto date , rent collection and remittance , preparation of food for occupants , room sevice as and when required and other works and 2. Assistant caretaker for cooking, room service and for maintaining the garden and the yard of IB , sweeping & cleaning of rooms in IB and drivers cabin, toilets, furniture, buildings, Cleaning of Pathys of Car Porch and IB Building , cleaning of rooms, floor and premises, keeping IB and drivers cabin clean and neat, washing bedsheets, pillow covers, window curtains, table mats,etc.including uprooting the grass and other overgrowths, watering , manuring trimming the plants, applying pesticides as per the direction of the department officers
