Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various sizes consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Anti - Track Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S & F in replacement of LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B phases complete including taking down ols U/S lamp as specified and directed.

M&L and fixing inreplacement of Digital Ameter meter 500 Amps with CTs

M & L Earthing in replacement of complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 3. The cost of taking down old unsv earthing with all its accessories is deemed to be included in the unit price.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement of connecting and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric power cable of cross section area 240 Sqmm x 3.5 core with aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade (earthed).Note :- Excavation,Removing and returning filling measured and paid seperatly under relevant Item.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M&Land laying natural river clean dry send as cushioning for protection of under ground cable, including spreading and punning down all as per cluase No 3.21 of SSR part-1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid to contractor.

M&L for Brick Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches with width equal to length of the bricks, above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for horizontal boring of Road/path for cable passing through complete all as specified

Supply and fixing/laying of galvanised steel water tubing light grade bore of dai 80 mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying of galvanised steel water tubing light grade bore of dai 40 mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying/ inreplacement of Power line vertical type TPN DB double door 4 way, IP 43 suitable for MCCB 63-100amps CRCA sheet metal enclouser with detachable gland plates for flush / surface mounting hinged vertical type having 200 rated copper bus bar with neutral link provision of MCCB as incomer and MCBs outgoing complete mounting with Earth Bar in concealed and all disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to match the existing wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and fixing inreplacement of connecting change over switch rating 200 Amps 4 pole, 440 volts grade in sheet metal enclouser conforming to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947 -3 fixing in panel/ surface of wall on wooden board with making all coonection, gland etc all as site and directed. Make - L&T CO21250OSOO in equivalent Make of seimens/Havells/Legrand/C&S Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date.
