REJUVENATION OF CHINNA KASAVAN KULAM MI TANK IN NAGAMANGALAM PANCHAYAT in Manikandam Block Clearing the Scrub Jungle (without uprooting)

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning, (including Watering & Consolidation). Sectioning during forming bunds when earth moving machinery, lorries and rollers are used for consolidation etc., complete.

Sluice repair :1 Pointing the RR Masonry with cement mortar 1:3 mix including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charge etc complete for 10 sqm

Chipping of plastering in brick Masonry wherever cracks occur including all labour and other incidental charges etc. complete.

Plastering with cm 1:4 mix( one cement and four sand ) to 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

White Washing of two coats with best quality of approved shell lime including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Fabricating, Suppling and fixing of 50 mm dia Screw Rod Made up M.S round duly mechined and fully threaded to suit the head set assembly and Provided with required holes . Conveying andleading the Screw rod to the work site . Fixing the Screw rod to the shutter Guest Plate with Req Bolt and nuts in proper alignment tothe head set including Dismantiling the existing damaged Screw Rod Conveying and stocking the section store The Screw rod Should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer . The rate including cost of materials,Labours, Charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipements ,conveyance Charges for labour and others including all other taxes etc,complete

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of head set assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut ( approximate 50 kg ) made up of cast Iron including moulding machining and the hexagonal nut threading to suit the screw rod providing with the threast bearing for Smmoth operation . Conveying andleading the Head Set assemply to the work site . Fixing the head set assembly to the tob beam by using required bolt and nut in proper alignment including dismantiling the existing damaged head set assembly conveying and stocking at section store .The head set Assembly supplyed with operating key andtheboth should be painting with two coat of AC block Paint over one coat of redoxide primer .The rate including the cost of materials labours , Charges for Wooden Pattern Mouldingand charges for all machining equipements conveyance charges for labours and materils and including all other taxes etc complete.
