Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches for structure (Bridge work) in all type of earth compresing of ordinar rock Chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 304 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deterious material and disposal of material upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated approved material to the original surface and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per per direction of Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in foudation and plinth and super structure including all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for reinfored cement concrete in sub-stucture complete as per drawing and technical specification of MORTH 1500,1700 and 2200 up to any height including form work , RCC grade M-20 using concrete mixer as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for reinfored cement concrete in sub-stucture complete as per drawing and technical specification of MORTH 1500,1700 and 2200 up to any height including form work , RCC grade M-25 using concrete mixer as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforement (Fe 500) in sub-structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification 1600 and 200 as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE cast steel rocker bearing consisting of metal piston supported by a disc of unreinforced elastomer confined with in ametal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface complete assembly to be cast/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83(Pt.-1) and II respectively and other parts conforming to BS:5400 section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MORTH specification complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE forged steel roller bearing consisting of metal piston supported by a disc of unreinforced elastomer confined with in ametal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface complete assembly to be cast/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83(Pt.-1) and II respectively and other parts conforming to BS:5400 section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MORTH specification complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm (One hundred milimetre) dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing face complete in all respect, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing ,furnising and laying concrete for reinfored/prestressd cement concrete in super-stucture complete as per drawing and technical specification of MORTH 1500,1700 and 2200 up to any height for solid slab including staging & form work , RCC/PSC grade M-35 using concrete mixer as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforement (Fe 500) in super-structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification 1600 and 200 as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of precast RCC Railing of M-30 grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12mm, true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, c/c spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specifications 2703,1500,1600 and 1700 including reinforcement and form work as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for reinfored cement concrete in super-stucture complete as per drawing and technical specification of MORTH 1500,1700 and 2200 up to any height including form work , RCC grade M-20 using concrete mixer as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing drainage spout complete with 100mm ( One hundred milimetre) diametre galvanised MS down pipe typical head 6mm (six millimetre) thick platesflat iron grating collection pipe including galvanising the grating and head etcetra all complete as per detail and specification shown in drawing No. PW-CE-N/Bridges/standard/90-107-2 as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M-30 gradeaggregate size not exceeding 12mm, (Tweleve milimetre) true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, c/c spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specifications as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm (Seventy millimetre) to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specifications as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Carrying out load test of superstructure as directed including all necessary materials plant equipment instruments labor and arrangements for test complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specificationsas per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Preparation of Sub grade By dressing to camber. (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil.) complete as per H.P.P.W.D. Specifications, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub grade.complete as per H.P.P.W.D. Specifications,as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80 – 100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screning / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 90 mm to 45 mm (Ninty to Forty Five milimetre) size as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80 – 100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 63 mm to 40 mm (Sixty Three to Forty milimetre) size as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80 – 100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 50 mm to 25 mm (Fifty to twenty five millimetre) as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.00 kg ( Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogramme) per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502 per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30kg (zero point two five to zero point three zero Kilogramme) kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 503 per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

20 mm thick open graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (S-90) penetration grade Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two to five point six millimetre) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen (S-90) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared surface / base including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification clause 508 per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification clause 510. (Bitumen S -90) per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Nominal mix 1:6:12 (One cement:Six Sand:Tweleve stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls as per drawings & technical specification per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement: five sand: ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls as per drawings & technical specification per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying filter media behind retaining and breast walls complete as per drawings & technical specification per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/stone masonary /Plain /Reinforced concrete, abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm ( One Hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending to through the full width of the structures with slope of 1:20 towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 614, 709,1204.3.7 per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of V Shape Drain with CC 1:3:6. (One cement : three sand : six graded stone)aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal Size of Drain is 0.45x0.25 having 10 cm thick mechanically mixed placed in foundation compacted by vibration and curing complete ensuring non-segregation conforming as per drwaing and technical specification section 2100 including the cost of form work and hauling of materials and machinery per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
