Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard of soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excacated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 150 mm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth:

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies,ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work :-

Foundation,footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses & the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc.up to 200mm in thickness.

Edges in Slabs

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in :-

Foundation ,footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found.level upto floor two level

In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor1:3(1cement :3 sand )

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coatof red paint :- In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing Laying jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 diamensions weight and test pressuers in all respect and as per patest ammendments or adition.150 mm Dia Class K-7

Providing and jointing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipe and fitting including testing of the joints, cost of rubber gasket (EDPM quality) conforming to IS 3382 latest edition/ ammendments complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per latest ammendments or edition. i) 150 mm

Providing and fixing all socket DI Tee/ Cross as per IS 8329 or letest additional amendments including carriage of material within all leads lifts complete in all respect.i) 150 mm

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Sluice valve 150 mm dia PN 1.60 as per IS 148846:2000 latest with upto date ammendmends complete in all respect.
