The Tenderer should furnish documentary evidence - Work Done Certificates for having executed similar nature of work of value Rs 13.06 lakhs within the last three years. (work orders will not be considered)

The Tenderer should furnish valid COPY OF REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF ESTABLISHMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR, GOVT OF KARNATAKA minimum of 12 labours registered

GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE & PAN CARD : The Tenderer should furnish valid GST registration certificate and pan card along with the GST paid receipts for last six months

EPF Registration copy. The Tenderer along with the Valid EPF registration Certificate should Furnish PF Paid Challans of last six months(paid in time) and EPF clearance certificate from the concerned Department

ESI Registration copy. The Tenderer along with the Valid ESI registration Certificate should Furnish ESI Paid Challans of last six months(paid in time) and ESI clearance certificate from the concerned Department

The Tenderer should have achieved turn over equal to the estimate cost (quoted value 16.27 lakhs) in any one of the last five Financial Years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 respectively

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 4.88 Lakhs
