Earth work in foundation in dry soil including lift up to 1.50 M & lead up to 30 M back filling, waterring and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centring & shuttering for C.C. work including cost of shuttering material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab, lintels, sun shades,foundation, column & walls etc.

Laying C.C. 1:3:6 Mix (M-10) with Cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete but excludiing cost of shuttering.

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. work including cost of centering & shuttering material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work etc.

Reinforcement including cutting, bending & binding in position including all cost of labour, material and T&P etc. complete.

Laying R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 Mix (M-20) with Cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete but excludiing cost of Centering, shuttering & Reinforcement.

C.C. 1:1:2 Mix (M-25) with Cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete but excludiing cost of Centering, shuttering & Reinforcement.

Supplying and laying tarfelt sheet below aproach slab as paper bearing including cost of all material labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Laying Brick work C.M. 1:4 Mix cement & coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Pointing in 1:2 with cement & C/sand mortar.i/c cost of all material labour T&P etc.

Dismantling Brickwork or stone work and cement concrete in cement mortar and including stacking of material with in a distance of 60 m as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Finishing of wall with water profing cement paint of approved make such as super snocem durocem robicem, supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shads after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and dust and remaining of loose powder ed material including curing & cost of all materials.

Dry bricks on edge pitching in sand including preparation of suggrade and filling joints with local sand including cost of sand

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of private land and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m lift and initial lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank withen 30 m distance as directed by Engineer in charge & also including all cost of borrwed earth from pvt. land, material, labour & T&P etc. complete.
