Houskeeping Service (Safaiwalas) for daily cleaning sweeping dusting and mopping of area such as floor, celling including door/window panes, corridors office furnitures, glass , grills/guard bars/mosquito proffing jally, name Plates, office rooms, store rooms including cleaning of office waste/dust bins, cleaning of Toilets/Washrooms (Gents/Ladies), including wash hand basins, urinals, WCs, sinks, water coolers fountains etc complete with all fixtures by sweeping, scrubing, and brushing using approved toilet cleaners and floor cleaners, daily removing of garbage of dustbin and waste buckets in rooms and disposal etc. of all the offices as given in particulars specification and including garbage and waste materials obtained from offices and deposting the garbage and waste materials to nearby main Garbage Pits, or Municipal Garbage despositing point by deploying minimum of 02 safaiwala for GE (AF) Ojhar complex & BSO complex excluding sundays & holidays all as directed by officer in charge including using material and T & P as per Appx 'A' and Bldgs/ locations as per Appx. 'B'attached. Notes:- i) Rate of 2 Nos of Safaiwala in one day i.e 2 x rate of one Safaiwalas will be considered as Per day ii) Shift timings Monday to Saturday - (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs)

Houskeeping Service (Safaiwalas) for daily cleaning, of open space area partaining of offices and around the periphery, external roads, path, passages, parking areas, drain, nallah, gully traps, manholes including removing the stems, leaves, grass, other wastes and garbages of all the offices as given below by deploying minimum of 1 safaiwala for AGE E/M,AGE B/R & AGE B/R (P) excluding sundays & holidays and all as directed by officer-in-charge incliding using materials and T & P and Bldgs/ locations as per Appx. 'B'attached. Notes:- i) Rate of 01 No of Safaiwala in one day i.e 01 x rate of one Safaiwalas will be considered as Per day. ii) Shift timings Monday to Saturday - (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs)

Services of Mali (Gardener) as described here under to be carried out by minimum deploying of 02 Mali by using material and T & P as per Appx 'A' and Bldgs/ locations as per Appx. 'B' attached and all as directed by Officer in Charge :- (i) Sprouting of grass & plant on ground and spreading of organic manure including watering. Cutting of excess grass and branches of trees in shape & its evenly maintenance and removing garbage to near by garbage bin of Municipal depositing point. (ii) Pruning shrubs. (iii) Checking the health of the plant by identifying any pest or diseases and controlling them. (iv) Raising plants from seeds or cutting for developing the branches of plant. (v) Maintaining high level of presentation in office garden and IB (iv) Cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment. (vii) Digging, planting and weeding flower beeds and border. (viii) Applying nutrients to plants and maintaining required moisture level. (ix) Using machinery such as lawn mowers, rotovator and hedges trimmers etc. (x) Properly adjusting brick edging of hedges in lawns etc. Notes:- i) Rate of 2 No of Mali in one day i.e 2 x rate of one mali will be considered as Per day. ii) Shift timings Monday to Saturday - (0900 hrs to 1700 hrs)

Services of Multi tasking staff daily at offices by trained computer operators for data entry, updating of file system, operating photocopier, receiving / despatching of dak duly entering in register etc. by deploying minimum of 06 Multi tasking staff per day for 02 for GE (AF) Ojhar complex, 01 for AGE B/R Deolali Complex, 01 for AGE B/R Ojhar, 01 for AGE B/R (P) Ojhar and 01 for Borgad complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed by Officer-in-Charge as per Appx 'B' attached. Notes:- i) Rate of 06 multitasking staff will be considered as per log i.e 06 x rate of multitasking staff will be considered as per day. ii) Shift timings Monday to Saturday - (0900 hrs to 1700 hrs)
