E/W in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & inside the foundation trenches or into the plinth, removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all material with mixer machine, labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (PWD SI No. 273)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (PWD SI No. 305)

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour, and T&P with mixure machine and vibrator etc. required for proper completion of work. (PWD SI No. 279 i)

Supply & laying of 125 micron thick polythene sheet as directed by engineer-in-charge including all labour & material for proper completion of work As per Letter No. 10860 Dt. 15.12.2017

Making contraction/construction joint in C.C. with cutter & filling joint with Bitumen mixed in 1/3 depth of cc slab & making 10mm wide joint will be 10-12mm depth including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. ( Rate sanctioned by SE RED Bly.)
