Arresting the counter weight for correcting the alignment of the chain of the shutter No 4,6,8,10,11,and 13

Greasing the chain of the Shutters

Setting brake of all shutter and providing drain hole in the hoist platform

od21254/2021_2022/MH : Checking the brake of the shutter , and setting brake of all shutter including all labour and tools etc and providing drain hole in the hoist platform including labour and machinery etc.

Replacing the damaged oil seal of the worm reducer of shuter No 7,8 and 4

od21255/2021_2022/MH : Replacing the damaged oil seal and drain plug of reduction gear box of the shutter, including all material,labour chrage,hirecharge of plants etc all lead and lift

Proper greasing of hoisting end drive unit, plummer block, and oli changing

od21256/2021_2022/MH : Proper greasing of the hoisting unit, plummer blocks, sprocket gear and all other movable parts for smooth functioning of the shutter and oli changing of gear unit including material charge, labour, conveyance etc complete.

Conducting the trial run of all shutter
