Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm M.S gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces

Painting top of roof with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg/ 10sqm impregenates with a cost of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm including clening the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete with residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG-10

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2 % of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat. With machine moulded Common burnt clay (Non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.0

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75mm deep chase.

Supply and filling by wayof earth work in structure and levelling the ground including watering, ramming consolidation etc.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) water meter absorption less than 0.08 % and comprising to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) includes grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete.(Size of tile 600 x600 mm )

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) water meter absorption less than 0.08 % and comprising to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades in skirting, riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 course sand) includes grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete.(Size of tile 600 x600 mm )

Providing and laying ceramic Glazed floor tiles 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make laid on 20 mm thick bed o cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete In colour such as white, Ivory, Grey , Fume Red Brown

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer (two or more coats) of required shade on new work to give an even shade

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manuacturing on woood work ( Hard and soft wood) two or more coats

Structural steel work inbuilt up section trusses and rame work including cutting , hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete welded

Providing and fixing Gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished machine cut or kitchen plateforms vcanity counters, windows silts etc. of approved size shade and coloured laid over thick base

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Filling available excaved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5mtr.
